Entrepreneurship is more than the ability of risk management in order to achieve profit. Page 1 of 2Many traditional business makes it stand unique feature of “creative destruction.” We have to deal with it when the change through the introduction of new / improved products / services, new production methods, new sources of supply or reorganization of the industry, as a result of which the repressed will be less productive solutions (Schumpeter, 1975) Learning at this stage is not able to answer us where do entrepreneurs, but also to examine been their inherent characteristics: tolerance for risk and high internal sense of agency. we know the conditions necessary to translate these qualities for success. these are: an opportunity (or need) to activities and resources, culture, tradition and thinking support system przedsięwzięć.Szczególną risky variant of social entrepreneurship is entrepreneurship. it is characterized by: creating and sustaining social value (sensitivity and sense of group) , innowacy jne solution displacement current and a sense of responsibility towards the group, which it serves, and a willingness to answer for all the consequences of their actions (Dees, 2004). Social entrepreneur stands thus: – a high sense of ethics, empathy (Drayton, 2006) – distrust of the existing education system, external experts, imposed authority (Praszkier, 2007) – the ability to learn the open – engaging in activity without a predetermined outcome, confidence in the complex process (emergence) and the high expectations of the quality of leadership rozwiązania.Transformacyjne – feel needs and give meaning to action team members in place of the “carrot and stick” (Kouses & Posner, 2002) studying the preferences of educational social entrepreneurs of different ages and from different cultures initially found that all of them, or they were lucky enough to experience the open learning, or they managed to organize such a process for the group that wanted to help you through entrepreneurship. the main elements of such lessons are -kapitał social group learning (trust ends ntracja and task orientation, habits of cooperation), -zadania divergent: the multiplicity of solutions, but resource constraints and the requirement of originality, and the need to take the risk of choosing a solution at a given stage (element of competition apply) .Pierwsze Polish lessons of entrepreneurship in Poland we do not have to start learning from the enterprise zero. There are many examples of good practice, which is constantly developing, also for the support of EU funds for the social economy. It is worth mentioning among them the initiative lessons of physics and other sciences for preschool Dr. Wieslawa Korczak on UMTS, the E-school in Lower Silesia (Sysło, 2008) that the project “School with class” promoting education integrated (beyond teaching early.) For a few years now Ashoka in Poland organizes youth Academy of Social Innovators. but the most recommendable in my opinion are “sister” programs in creative problem solving Odyssey of the Mind and Destination Imagination. the coaches of these programs trained both in the techniques of open learning, as well as have experience of organizing young talents conditions for the development not only in competitions, but also in the daily work in schools, clinics and various cultural centers. they are part of a large international community of educators creativity and constantly exchange their own ideas on partnership activities ia with talented groups of young people. What is more important programs produce their own subculture, in which young people securely locates and itself organizes support, including a financial learning self obtaining sponsors, writing grants, scholarship applications and small entrepreneurial activities as the organization of concerts, auction and training. The Parliament wants to put the last dot on the “i” – working on amendments to the Law on Higher Education, which ultimately eliminate these well-deserved for the Polish educational institutions. No sense? And how … Well, but what you do not do in order to obtain further evidence that “fell” interest in learning in colleges … The existing Act of 2009 gave the opportunity to transform itself into independent colleges essay writer pro of higher education, connecting to existing universities or extinction. The rules, however, were dead. Despite the submission of several applications for transformation of the State Higher Vocational School (Higher Vocational School), none were considered substantively at all. Relying on demographic and “financial crisis” proposals were rejected. Even if the concerned institutions operate more efficiently than some high schools (maybe that was the main reason …).
